Agreement

These terms govern your use of faspro.ai and the Faspro application. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

Your engagement letter with your CPA partner firm governs the professional services delivered through Faspro. Where that engagement letter and these terms conflict on the scope of professional services, the engagement letter controls.

What Faspro provides

Faspro provides software for bookkeeping, sales-tax, payroll, and tax filing, delivered together with independent CPA partner firms. Which services you receive depends on your selected plan and on your engagement with your CPA partner. Faspro is a software provider; the professional accounting and tax work is performed by the CPA partner firm assigned to your account.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information, and keep it current — the returns and filings we produce are only as accurate as what you give us
• Review filings and financial statements before they are submitted or relied upon
• Keep your account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
• Use the service lawfully, and only for the business you have registered

Fees and billing

Billing is per business per month as described on the pricing page. The primary payment method is ACH debit, authorized when you sign your engagement letter, at no additional charge. Credit card is available as an alternative with a surcharge disclosed at the time you choose it. Fees are billed in advance and are not refundable except where required by law.

If a payment is returned or declined, we will notify you and allow a period to cure. Accounts that remain past due may be suspended to read-only access, and continued non-payment may result in termination under your engagement letter.

Your data

Your business and financial data belongs to you. We use it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination you may request an export of your records, and we will retain what we are legally required to retain.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and we will give advance notice of planned downtime affecting filing deadlines where we reasonably can.

Disclaimers and limits

The software is provided as is, without warranties of any kind except as required by law. Faspro is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version, and we will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. Either party may terminate in accordance with the engagement letter.
